Support models

Canoo offers different types of support models for the RIA-Suite and OpenDolphin products. These range from free Community Support, Premium support, Platinum Support and Enterprise Support.
You can purchase support license of your choice by writing to . Premium and Platinum Support are valid for one year and will be automatically renewed upon expiration of the validity period. In case you do not wish to renew your Support license, you are required to communicate this in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration date.

Premium Support

Premium Support includes:

  • Support via Premium Support Forum
  • Access to Premium Support Archive
  • Guaranteed response to support queries within 1 working day (Swiss office hours from 9am to 5pm CET)
  • Free upgrades for RIA-Suite product licenses within one year



 

Evaluation Support:

During the first evaluation of RIA-Suite, Canoo offers free Premium Support for 90 days.

 

Platinum Support

Platinum Support includes all the services of Premium Support. In addition, you get unobfuscated libraries and sources:

  • Support via Premium Support Forum
  • Access to Premium Support Archive
  • Guaranteed response to support queries within 1 working day (Swiss office hours from 9am to 5pm CET)
  • Free upgrades for RIA-Suite product licenses within one year
  • Unobfuscated libraries and sources corresponding to purchased product licenses
 

Platinum Support can be purchased individually or as an upgrade for an existing Premium Support.

 

Enterprise Support

Enterprise Support is a customised support that includes:

  • Support Enterprise Support Forum
  • Support by Telephone
  • Access to all support archives
  • Guaranteed response to support queries within 1 working day (Swiss office hours from 9am to 5pm CET)
  • Free upgrades for RIA-Suite product licenses within one year

 

Canoo recommends this support option if support queries need to be treated with discretion.


Community Support (free)

Free Community Support includes:

  • Support via Developer Forum
  • Access to Developer Forum
  • No guaranteed response times
  • Free Product upgrades are not included in Community Support
